Training, design and delivery
Together we will decide on key objectives and measures of success for any training and development needs. I focus on ensuring that a real difference is made and that sustainability of changed behaviour is achieved.
Consultancy
I love to work with your specialist teams and senior management to offer advice and consultancy on best practice; whether in competencies and skills, planning and processes or methodologies and techniques
Associate
I regularly work as a senior consultant with 3 well-respected organisations: The Chartered Institute of Marketing, MentorGroup and TPS Developing Organisations.
Coaching
Sometimes, one-to-one coaching is the most effective way to see fast, focused improvement. I work with individuals to identify and build on their key strengths and work on their development areas.
